This is a great article on sprouted grains. I had given up breads entirely because I discovered I was sensitive to gluten. Although I do not have celiac disease, which according to main stream medicine is the only reason to avoid gluten, I find that products containing gluten give me digestive problems and make my allergies worse. Sprouted grain products are my solution. Just be sure to read the labels to make sure they are both organic and gluten free. I have the sprouted raisin cinnamon bread for breakfast with a little organic peanut butter on it. Yum!
