Standard American Diet (SAD) versus Whole Foods, Plant Based Diet

Just as a comparison, on the left is me a little over a year ago on the standard American diet. On the right is today after a year on a whole foods, plant based diet. Down 53 pounds, reversed diabetes and high blood pressure, no more oxygen needed, and pain level dramatically decreased. I can now walk short distances and ride my exercise bike 30 minutes every day. Plants for the win!  If you don’t think it matters what you eat, think again!  From in a wheelchair, on oxygen, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and chronic severe pain, with an estimated two years to live to no oxygen, all blood work normal, walking, exercising and feeling fantastic!  If you have any doubt that animal products are the root of all illness just ask.  I will be happy to help you transition!
